From single rooms to superior double rooms: the rooms in the main building offer relaxation with regional charm. Sizes range from 15 to 30 square meters, and the rooms are furnished with natural materials such as wood. Some have balconies with magnificent views of the Kaisergebirge, and three superior rooms feature a tiled stove.

From the Family Junior Suite with 35 square meters to the Penthouse Suite with 110 square meters, kitchenette, and tiled stove. Our suites in the main building or in the Steinbacher Hof are for couples celebrating a special occasion. For families who need room to breathe. Seven chalets, seven names, one promise: your exclusive temporary home. In spacious 150 to 185 square meters with two or three bedrooms, private infrared sauna, gas fireplace, wine cooler, and terrace, you will find complete tranquility. Enjoy the best of both worlds: the intimacy of your own chalet and the diverse services of our hotel, which are available to you at any time.

Our main house features 50 rooms and suites, as well as our HEIMAT restaurant (Green Michelin Star), sun terrace, and fireplace bar.
Chalet Village
A total of seven chalets are nestled around a tranquil natural pond, forming a very special idyllic home. Each chalet also offers a private wellness area.

Yes. 3-course menu at HEIMAT restaurant for €55 per person per evening. The restaurant operates on the 80:80 principle: 80 percent of ingredients sourced from within an 80-kilometer radius. Vegetarian dishes on every menu, vegan options limited. Delivery also available for chalet guests.
How far is it to Kitzbühel?
About 40 kilometers, roughly a 45-minute drive. The Winklmoosalm ski area is even closer, only 10 kilometers away.
Are dogs allowed?
Your four-legged friends are welcome in almost all rooms and chalets. Excluded are our four Superior double rooms, which we keep dog-free especially for allergy sufferers. The fee is €30 per dog per day (maximum two animals). We provide a bowl, treats, and a mat in the room. Please note that dogs are only permitted in the Stuben Bayern and Auerhahn. They are not allowed in any other public hotel areas, such as the SPA or additional Stuben.
What distinguishes the chalets from the rooms?
Detached houses with private entrance, terrace, private sauna, gas fireplace, wine cooler, and kitchenette. Breakfast can be delivered free of charge. Space for up to six people (Chalet Spatz for four).
