What Mountain Bike Tours are Available in Chiemgau?
From relaxed circular routes through the districts of Reit im Winkl to 1,000-meter ascents up the Steinplatte, everything is included. In between: alpine huts with refreshment stops, lakes for cooling off, and picture-perfect panoramas. Gut Steinbach is right in the middle of it all. Get on your bike in the morning, and into the pool in the evening. Hemmersuppenalm
Moderate, 32 kilometers, 600 meters elevation gain, approx. 3 hours. Alpine area with fantastic Chiemsee views above the Hindenburghütte.
Winklmoosalm
Easy to moderate, 24 kilometers, approx. 480 meters elevation gain, approx. 2.5 hours. A very beautiful half-day tour with a stop at the alpine pasture.
Steinplatte
Challenging, 30 kilometers, 1,000 meters elevation gain, approx. 4 hours. Cross-border into Tyrol, with summit option and varied trail descents.
Three Lakes Loop
Weitsee, Mittersee, Lödensee – moderate, approx. 17 kilometers. Includes swimming spots along the route between Reit im Winkl and Ruhpolding.
