FAQ about our measures in dealing with Covid-19
Hygiene Manifesto Relais & Châteaux Gut Steinbach Hotel and Chalets
Dear guests,
from April 4th, 2022, these regulations will apply in Bavaria with the following requirements.
Before arrival or on arrival:
- When you arrive, please note the distance rules of at least 1.5m, should it get a bit crowded at our reception.
During your stay:
- Please keep a distance of at least 1.5 m from other guests in the entire hotel and on the terrace, wherever possible
- Wash your hands regularly or make use of the numerous disinfectant dispensers available
A brief overview of the other measures that we have taken for your safety at Gut Steinbach can be found below.
General measures
- Disinfectant dispensers at all entrances / exits to the guest and staff areas
- Plexiglass panes at all counters (reception)
- Daily rapid tests by our employees
- New hygiene standards for all employees as well as certified training
- Compliance with country-specific and national requirements
Actions for the restaurants
- Disinfectant dispenser at the entrance to all rooms
- Ozone devices for permanent air cleaning
- Disposable menu cards
We reserve the right to adapt the measures in accordance with the requirements of the state government and to update them continuously.
Cancellation policy
Please refer to the booking route and your chosen rate for our cancellation conditions. We also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
